Mindful Nature Walk for Kids

Join Heather Goulette for some mindful walking, moving meditation, and nature mandala-making at the Cathance Preserve! Connecting with nature is a wonderful antidote to the busy and stressful pressures of our children’s lives. Best for kids ages 6-12.
Led by Heather Goulette, LMT, who has been studying, practicing and teaching mindfulness, internal martial arts, and yoga, in one form or another for 20+ years. Heather has spent much time in moving meditation in the Maine woods, rivers, lakes and coastline, cultivating a deep appreciation for the healing powers of the natural world. Heather is a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage, a registered 200-hour yoga teacher and a first degree black sash in the Chinese dragon system of Universal movement.
