Mindful Nature Walk for Adults

Practice a combination of meditative mindful walking and gentle stretching and breath work down by the Cathance River! Deepen your appreciation for the natural world by cultivating a simple yet profound sense of awareness and inner calm. Reflect, relax and rejuvenate in the healing energy of Mother Nature. All experience levels welcome. Led by Heather Goulette, LMT, who has been studying, practicing and teaching mindfulness, internal martial arts, and yoga, in one form or another for 20+ years. Heather has spent much time in moving meditation in the Maine woods, rivers, lakes and coastline, cultivating a deep appreciation for the healing powers of the natural world. Heather is a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage, a registered 200-hour yoga teacher and a first degree black sash in the Chinese dragon system of Universal movement.
