Afternoon Yoga with Jen Nadeau

Join Jennifer Nadeau, Yoga Instructor and Owner of Jai Yoga Studio in Brunswick, for this all-levels, gentle-moderate yoga class that will be held outdoors in the woods and near the waters of the Cathance River Education Alliance property. When weather forces us indoors, we will practice in the Ecology Center. Taking inspiration from the natural settings and the unfolding of spring, we will practice yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation to awaken, enliven and enjoy spring in Maine! Expand your breath, and open your body with the wonders of yoga outdoors. Open to beginners. You should be comfortable walking the trails and getting up & down from the ground. Please wear layers and bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, and a water bottle to class. You may wish to apply sunscreen and insect repellant prior to class.
Jen will offer four yoga classes on the following Thursday afternoons in May from 2:00pm to 3:15pm:
May 10, May 17, May 24, May 31.
These classes are free but space is limited.
